To uphold corporate integrity and fulfill its social responsibilities, Agile Display Solutions Co., Ltd. has established a whistleblowing mechanism for stakeholders—including employees, customers, suppliers, and the general public—through which both identified and anonymous reports may be submitted.
Reportable matters include, but are not limited to, suspected corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, and violations of business ethics, human rights, labor laws, or environmental regulations.
All reports will be received, handled, and investigated by a designated unit under strict confidentiality. The identity of whistleblowers will be fully protected, and any form of retaliation, discrimination, or unfair treatment against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.
